Acid Attacks......

Face burnt due to acid, face burnt due to fire.. What was their mistake? They were too beautiful. They failed to bring huge dowry. They tried to fight against cruelty, harassment, sexual molestation and crime. Is it this? And what happened to their culprits? Were they imprisoned? Were they hanged to death? Were they burnt like those innocent girls? no. they are living freely, happily without any pain and tension. But why? Have they done something for which they should be awarded? Have they done a good job? Then why they are living happily and those innocent girls are suffering pain and fear? Why they are forced to be a prisoner in their own house. Why they are not accepted by the world when it was not their mistake? Have they done any sin in their previous birth? Hey do you really believe in more than one birth?

"I fought for 9 years. Now I am tired. I wanted to be a police officer and serve our nation. some mad boys used to tease me whenever they got chance. A boy forced me to marry him. I denied. They (group of 4-5 boys) used to harass me every time they got chance. I told my parents. they asked me to keep quiet and sit at home. Now I was not allowed to go outside my house. I was imprisoned in my own house. But was I still safe? No. One night I was sleeping with my family on terrace of my house. They all silently entered my terrace and threw almost one litre of strong acid on my face and body. I could not do anything other than screaming in pain and they ran away. And they were laughing. I could hear them. Today this world is not accepting me. Maybe I am not like them. I am not beautiful like them today. India is a democratic country. Democracy is of the people, by the people and for the people. But this so called democratic country and countrymen did nothing for me.  Maybe I no more come in the category of people now. I can't take police's help because I don’t trust them. I can't go to hospital for treatment because it will cost nearly 20 lakhs. I don’t have even 200 rupees in my pocket. My culprits got imprisonment for 9 years only and got bail just after 4-5 months. Now I want to die. I have no other option. Suicide is my right now. If suicide is a crime then I am ready to do this crime. I think I deserve this".

This was said by a girl who was a severe victim of acid attack. she was unable to see, hear or speak properly after the attack. A hospital even offered her free treatment but still there was an expenditure of nearly 10 lakhs. She was helpless.

An incident happened in Europe. A European shot an Indian student in full consciousness. The judiciary system there gave him imprisonment for 30 years. They said such people are very dangerous for the society. Then what happens in India. Are these acid attackers not dangerous? Why in India the victims are punished and the criminals are roaming freely? Why it takes unlimited time to finish a case still the culprits do not get the deserving punishment? Why don’t government take strict steps against this? These questions are still unanswered………..

10 LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH EVERY WOMEN MUST KNOW...

1 Free legal aid
Exercise your right to free legal aid. Often, women go to the police station unaccompanied by a lawyer to get their statement recorded, and they stand the risk of being misquoted or their statement being tampered with. The police may also treat the entire episode lightly and not lodge an FIR. So, it is necessary to have a lawyer with you while you lodge the FIR. “According to a Delhi High Court ruling, whenever a rape is reported, the SHO has to bring this to the notice of the Delhi Legal Services Authority. The legal body then arranges for a lawyer for the victim,” says Saumya Bhaumik, women rights lawyer.

2 Right to privacy while recording statement
Under section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, a woman who has been raped can record her statement before the district magistrate when the case is under trial, and no one else needs to be present. Alternatively, she can record the statement with only one police officer and woman constable in a convenient place that is not crowded and does not provide any possibility of the statement being overheard by a fourth person. The cops have to, by law, upkeep the woman's right to privacy. It's important for the person to feel comfortable and not be under any kind of stress while narrating the incident.

3 Time doesn't matter
The police cannot refuse to register an FIR even if a considerable period of time has elapsed since the incident of rape or molestation took place. If the police tells you that they can't lodge your FIR since you didn't report it earlier, do not concede. "Rape is a horrifying incident for any woman, so it's natural for her to go into shock and not want to report it immediately. She may also fear for her safety and the reputation and dignity of her family. For this reason, the Supreme Court has ruled that the police must register an FIR even if there has been a gap between the report and the occurrence of the incident," says Tariq Abeed, advocate, Supreme Court.

4 Email to the rescue
According to the guidelines issued by the Delhi Police, a woman has the privilege of lodging a complaint via email or registered post. If, for some reason, a woman can't go to the police station, she can send a written complaint through an email or registered post addressed to a senior police officer of the level of Deputy Commissioner or Commissioner of Police. The officer then directs the SHO of the police station, of the area where the incident occurred, to conduct proper verification of the complainant and lodge an FIR. The police can then come over to the residence of the victim to take her statement.

5 Cops can't say no
A rape victim can register her police complaint from any police station under the Zero FIR ruling by Supreme Court. "Sometimes, the police station under which the incident occurs refuses to register the victim's complaint in order to keep clear of responsibility, and tries sending the victim to another police station. In such cases, she has the right to lodge an FIR at any police station in the city under the Zero FIR ruling. The senior officer will then direct the SHO of the concerned police station to lodge the FIR," says Abeed. This is a Supreme Court ruling that not many women are aware of, so don't let the SHO of a police station send you away saying it "doesn't come under his area".

6 No arrests after sunset
According to a Supreme Court ruling, a woman cannot be arrested after sunset and before sunrise. There are many cases of women being harassed by the police at wee hours, but all this can be avoided if you exercise the right of being present in the police station only during daytime. "Even if there is a woman constable accompanying the officers, the police can't arrest a woman at night. In case the woman has committed a serious crime, the police has to get it in writing from the magistrate explaining why the arrest is necessary during the night," says Bhaumik.

7 You can't be called to the police station
Women cannot be called to the police station for interrogation under Section 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code. This law provides Indian women the right of not being physically present at the police station for interrogation. "The police can interrogate a woman at her residence in the presence of a woman constable and family members or friends," says Abeed. So, the next time you're called to the police station for queries or interrogation when you have faced any kind of harassment, quote this guideline of the Supreme Court to exercise your right and remind the cops about it.

8 Protect your identity
Under no circumstances can the identity of a rape victim be revealed. Neither the police nor media can make known the name of the victim in public. Section 228-A of the Indian Penal Code makes the disclosure of a victim's identity a punishable offense. Printing or publishing the name or any matter which may make known the identity of a woman against whom an offense has been committed is punishable. This is done to prevent social victimisation or ostracism of the victim of a sexual offense. Even while a judgment is in progress at the high court or a lower court, the name of the victim is not indicated, she is only described as 'victim' in the judgment.

9 The doctor can't decide
A case of rape can't be dismissed even if the doctor says rape had not taken place. A victim of rape needs to be medically examined as per Section 164 A of the Criminal Procedure Code, and only the report can act as proof. "A woman has the right to have a copy of the medical report from the doctor. Rape is crime and not a medical condition. It is a legal term and not a diagnosis to be made by the medical officer treating the victim. The only statement that can be made by the medical officer is that there is evidence of recent sexual activity. Whether the rape has occurred or not is a legal conclusion and the doctor can't decide on this," explains Bhaumik.

10 Employers must protect
It is the duty of every employer to create a Sexual Harassment Complaints Committee within the organisation for redressal of such complaints. According to a guideline issued by the Supreme Court, it is mandatory for all firms, public and private, to set up these committees to resolve matters of sexual harassment. It is also necessary that the committee be headed by a woman and comprise 50% women as members. Also, one of the members should be from a women's welfare group.

Ok so you all know in 1947 when we had just got freedom, India was technically, economically naturally backward. Talking about materialistic things, there were very few mobile phones, TVs, computers, refrigerators, coolers, ACs etc. these things were just means of luxury. But today we see every people have mobiles, computers, fridges, TVs , ACs , coolers etc. even beggars today keep mobile phones with them. Today we see women living a free independent life but before sometime it was not like that. Women were bound to live in homes. They were not allowed to go outside alone. They did not have voting right. Their life was just bound to the boundaries of their homes. But today we see women competing with men in every field. They have been to space, climbed mountains, flew planes, become successful doctors and engineers, models, actresses, singers, dancers also….. they are also serving our country through defence forces…. Who does not know about  Dr kiran Bedi, the first woman IPS officer of india ?? our defence system has developed so much. Almost every different field of india has progressed so much….

We talk about corruption. Some people say if corruption is there, there wont be any progression.. let me tell you fella, corruption and development goes side by side. There is no such country in the whole world where there is 0% corruption. Yaa we can say that since india is a big country, rate of corruption is higher than other countries but that does not mean other countries which come in the category of developed countries are totally free of corruption. Let me give you an example. Take the example of a farmer. He grows vegetables in his garden. The vegetables are very pure and healthy. He sells them and earns a little amount of money. But when he adds impurities to his vegetables, the colour and size of vegetables improve but they become less healthy or we can say harmful for health. But based on the outer appearance of vegetables he earns a good amount of money. Hence in this way he develops himself… it means if he does corruption or we can say if he adopts wrong means, he develops himself… so if he is corrupt, he develops himself.. so I would say corruption and progression would go side by side.

Now talking about child labour.. before sometimes the number of child labour was very large. After then govt of india made many plans to reduce the number of child labours in india. It’s a law in india that if a child is under 14 years of age he cant work. For reducing the number of child labours in india and increasing the number of literates, govt has started free schools for poors. Haryana govt has even made a rupee per day scheme according to which every school going poor child will get a rupee everyday. Govt is providing free mid day meals for students. See india has improved a lot since the time if freedom…. There is a lot of difference between india that was at the time of independence, india which was in 2005 and india which is now… I am really glad to know that some people cant find difference between india in past and present..

If there is that much difference, it means india is progressing … improving technical, economical and natural status means progression and not regression……

So finally I can say that india is progressing though the progressing rate is very slow… J

DREAMS - A MISTERY

I often wonder about dreams. Why dreams occur? Why we feel as if it is all happening in reality when we are dreaming while sleeping? Why till now no wise scientist has been able to explain this phenomenon? Why do we see dreams? Why we get actually frightened when we see something horrible in dream? Why we can’t scream when we want to in dreams?? And sometimes we scream so loud. Why we are unable to run fast when we want to run in dream?? And why we often fall down from a high hill or roof of a building when we want to run away from something fearful?? Why these priests relate dreams with reality. They say if you dream this u will face that, you dream that u will face that and so on. They say dreams are a signal of your future. But till now scientists could only say that dream occurs because of any stress or tension in our mind or also when we are too happy. If it is so then why dreams are totally different from reality?? Why we often do such things in dream which we will never do in reality? Really these phenomena are totally confusing. I wish very soon we all get to know the mystery of dreams. J

WHY TO BLAME CLOTHS??

I have seen many people complaining about girls clothing. Many people are posting their views on random confession pages. They say girls should wear proper dresses and be in limits. Ok give me an answer. If girls don’t obey your views, will they become your parental property? Will yo

u get the right to tease, molest and rape her?? Tell me???

If sania miza, saina nehwal, PT usha wear mini skirt, they look pretty beautiful and we respect them. I don’t think their game will be interrupted if they wear full dress!! We appreciate them that way. If an Indian swimmer wears bikini, we still appreciate them!! If kat, deepika or anushka wear mini skirt or bikini they look hot and gorgeous. We praise them. A large number of fans gather for them. People are even ready to die for these personalities. No one dares to put an eye on them. Rapes and molestations and teasing are not for them. Why???? Just because they are rich and famous?? If any common girl/woman wears such dresses we start abusing her, teasing and molesting her. Why this?? Just because these girls belong to middle class family or they are not famous celebrities? Even if a girl roams nude, who gave you the right to stare at her, tease her or harass her?? Further more who gave you the right to comment on her dressing sense and give her a big lecture to be in limits?? Instead of teaching and blaming girls why don’t we teach boys a good lesson of morality??

If men roam the whole city in just a small kachchha then why doesn’t anyone point them out?? Not because girls do not have strength, Its just the morality and rites of girls that they don’t tease boys.

We say girls are the pride and respect of a family. To maintain that respect girls are taught to wear full dresses even a burka. Girls are not allowed to go outside their house after 7 pm (time differs according to family). They are not allowed to roam alone in the city. Why?? Just to maintain dignity of the house or just because some retarded men would tease her? What do you people think?? If you will imprison a girl, dignity of your house will be maintained?? No dear. Then you are wrong. These are just some lame ways to keep girls dependent and hide boys’ crime. Instead of teaching girls, why don’t these people teach their sons not to stare/tease/molest/harass/rape girls??

Even in countries like USA, New York and other western countries, girls are living a safe and dignified life. This is not because they don’t wear short dresses. This is because men do not have such lame and retarded mentality. In those countries also girls wear miniskirts or even bikinis. But still they are the pride of their family and live a safe life. The thing is that men have a good mentality, morality and they respect women. What do you think; a girl is comfortable in burka or a full dress in such hot weather?? In many places most of the girls die because of this warm weather when they are forced to wear full dresses. Now you will say where the hell have ACs and coolers gone?? Dear friends not everyone are having such facilities. Poor people do not have these luxuries.

Some people even say if a girl wants to show her body, she should accept the profession of prostitute. She will get money for showing her body. These people are really mentally retarded people. If a girl wears short dress that does not means she wants to show her body. Its just your cheap mentality which forces you to think that way. I ask you a question. Why don’t you men always go to some prostitute in order to fulfill your physical satisfaction?? Why you tease or rape girls??

I don’t think rapes, molestations, harassments and eve teasing has to do anything with girls dress. Retarded men do not care for cloths when they have to do crime. They just do it. Then why do you all blame girls dressings for these crimes?? ITS JUST A WAY OF HIDING MEN’S CRIME…………. IF YOU CANT CONTROLL YOUR HAWAS YOU DON’T DESEVE TO BE CALLED AS MAN!!!!!!!!!! And please don’t blame girls…. Teaching women and talking about women’s dresses is NOT YOUR CUP OF TEA.

Gay v/s Eunuch

Most of the people confuse between gay and eunuch. Here I am going to tell you the difference between a gay and a eunuch.

If a man is attracted towards another man instead of attracting towards a girl, he is called a gay. Gays are those men who never look upon a girl; I mean they are not at all interested in women. They get excited on seeing a man. They develop feelings for man.

Eunuch are those people (eunuch can’t be addressed as man) who are a combination of male and female.

I have seen many people saying that a man is a gay if he acts like a woman. But no he is not a gay but a eunuch. Eunuchs are given many more facilities than a common man by government. They can demand or snatch money from any people. They can roam anywhere in the world free of cost. They can enter anyone’s house forcefully. There is no law against any crime done by eunuchs. They can even slap, loot or murder any people but no fir will be filed against them. But if a common man even slaps a eunuch, he will be sent to jail with a big fine.

Gays are entirely different from eunuchs. They do not have such freedoms. J

(True Love Does not happen only Once) - Grab The Second Chance

The quotation ‘true love happens only once’, I don’t think this quotation is worth true love. If you love someone truly by heart but the love is only one sided and you are always hurt then please don’t go behind that person. Though you loved that person truly but you have the right to fall in love again with another person who loves you truly. And believe me you will be more happy then. If you were in relation with someone from a long time and you both loved each other but your partner cheated on you, then though you loved him truly, you have the right to fall in love again. True love does not mean you love only one person and run behind that person. You have your self-respect. Do only those things which make you happy. I have seen many people preventing themselves from falling in love second time by saying that true love happens only once and that’s why they do not have any right to fall in love again. If they fall in love again with someone else then it will mean that they did not love the previous person truly and they will be called fake and characterless. But friends its not like that. What is the use of this life if you are not happy? The world is alive because of love. You love your parents, family members and friends. Are not you falling in love with many people at the same time? Then is not this love true??? So friends if you are true then do not care for the world. Do not hurt anyone. Respect true love. But if you are being cheated and hurt, then you have the right to fall in love with another person who loves you truly. And definitely it will also be a true love. J Stay happy J stay blessed J

5.       Give your body complete rest because your body is your everything .
