THINGS WHICH A DANCER SHOULD FOLLOW EVERYDAY


1.       have  at least 5-6 liters of water daily. Have a sip right now J
2.       Do some basic warm ups and stretching exercise everyday to maintain and increase body flexibility
3.       Do breathing exercises like kapalbhati and anulom vilom everyday. If you don’t understand what I am talking about, you can follow ramadev baba for its knowledge.
4.       Do heavy exercise at least once in 72 hours to increase your stamina
5.       Give your body complete rest because your body is your everything .
6.       Do not be addict to bad habits like taking alcohol, drugs or smoking.
7.       Respect your trainers or mentors (this is must otherwise you won’t get anything from them).


Follow these rules and you will be a dancer by heart
